Research and product development data use

I acknowledge and agree that data collected through the CCF Microsurgery Training App may be used for research and product development, including developing, evaluating, and improving tools for microsurgical skills assessment and training. Data may include my training history, procedure attempts, performance and timing metrics, survey responses, and images of my microsurgical work. Where appropriate, data may be de-identified before analysis or use in product development. I understand that I may contact the app administrator with questions or to request withdrawal of consent for future use of my data.

Your registration remains pending until authorized course staff approve it. The data-use agreement does not replace institutional requirements that may apply.
